XeroHome

Richmond Heights is the first and only city in the state (so far) to team up with Ameren Missouri to offer residents in single family homes the opportunity to test out a new website, www.xerohome.com, to receive a plan to reduce your home's energy use and carbon footprint.

XeroHome provides you with analysis and customized energy upgrade recommendations for your home. These are usually a combination of energy efficiency and rooftop solar upgrades. The site gives you detailed descriptions of each upgrade, expected investment and savings, available rebates and even ways to look up local contractors to do the job.

Ameren Missouri is evaluating whether XeroHome's technology can help better serve customers as part of its customer programs.

Single-family homes should have received a couple of postcards (pictured below) with more information in the mail. The website will be operational for our residents in single-family homes, from 9/1/22 - 8/31/23.
