I am an attorney. How do I obtain a recommendation from the Prosecuting Attorney?
Mail an entry, a request for a recommendation and a self-address, stamped envelope to the court. We will then remove the case from its current docket and you will receive a recommendation along with a new court date/pay date in the mail, usually within 2 weeks after the original docket date.
Please note: Due to the high volume of cases on our dockets, we are not able to pull files for cases set on other dockets dates. Please do not appear in court and ask the clerk to pull any files other than the files set for that evening’s docket.
How can I keep points off of my driving record?
