Whether you’re looking to dance some pounds away, sculpt strong muscles, or challenge your fitness level, our Group Fitpass has something for you! Participants are encouraged to bring their own fitness mat. Must be 14+

Group Fitness Classes:

ZUMBA
Fridays: 9:30a.m.-10:30a.m.
 Zumba is an exhilarating, cardio-dance fitness class with an emphasis on Latin and International rhythms (including Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Calypso and Bhangra.) Zumba features easy-to-follow steps, so no dance background is necessary.

NEXT LEVEL HIIT
Mondays & Wednesdays: 5:30am-6:30am
 Challenging  exercises utilizing suspension straps, body weight exercises, BOSU, stability balls, kettlebells and battling ropes and much more! 

NEXT LEVEL SPIN AND CORE
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:30am-6:30am
 30-minute spinning class followed by 30-minute core work!

NEXT LEVEL INTERVALS
Fridays: 5:30am-6:30am
Combination of card, strength and yoga! 


CARDIO YOGA EXPRESS

Tuesdays: 9:00am-9:30am
Get your heart rate up with vigorous yoga flow poses that test your balance, stability and cardiovascular endurance. 

TOTAL BODY CARDIO EXPRESS
Thursdays: 9:00am-9:30am
Get a burst of energy with spouts of electrifying exercises to get your heart rate pumping! Class varies in styles such as interval training , tabata, Hiit and much more!   

FITNESS YOGA
Thursdays: 9:30am-10:45am
Fitness yoga is a vinyasa yoga flow class that will strengthen the body, release tension and establish a healing mind-body connection. While previous yoga experience is not a requirement, some level of fitness is preferable because of the flowing movements.

YOGA
Wednesdays: 9am-10:15am

Enhance your core strength, posture and flexibility as you learn some new poses and review some familiar ones.  Some prior yoga experience is preferred.

HEIGHTS PUMP
Thursdays: 9:30am-10:30am
THE HEIGHTS Pump is designed to sculpt and tone your whole body and work your major muscle groups.

SLEEK PHYSIQUE: BARRE BALANCE
Saturdays: 8:30am-9:30am
Lean, strong, great posture and sculpted from head to toe. This class combines yoga, Pilates, light weights and barre work. Lengthen and strengthen your body for an entirely new experience.

POWER BARRE
Tuesdays: 9:30am-10:30am
Class description: A fusion of ballet, yoga, Pilates and strength training, designed for a wide range of fitness levels and focused on improving posture, balance, strength and flexibility.

FITNESS FUSION
Mondays: 9am-10am
Fridays: 8:30am-9:30am
Enhance your overall fitness with this multi-functional class that emphasizes the improvements of strength, balance and stability. Benefits include increased flexibility, core strength, muscle strength and endurance, and overall better condition of your entire body!

RESTORATIVE ROLLING
Mondays: 10am-11am
Utilizing the foam roller and various Pilates/Yoga movements to help your muscles, body and mind relax and recover. This class focuses on the myofascial release of contracted muscles in order to eliminate soreness and restore motion in your muscles. 

NIA: DANCE FUSION
Saturdays: 11am-12pm
Nia blends dance arts, martial arts and healing arts with an approach that will stimulate you to revolutionize the way you feel about fitness, focusing on how your body feels. Nia will pump your heart, spark your spirit, motivate your mind, enhance your balance and tone your muscles with expressive movement. 

DANCE FIT
Tuesdays: 10:30am-11:30am

Dance Fit is based on the idea that exercise should be fun and feel great. Join in on a high energy aerobic dance class that incorporates a variety of dance styles designed to create a happier and healthier life. Classes are infused with dance forms such as funk, modern jazz, Latin/Zumba, African, authentic movement and Nia as well as Martial Arts (Aikido and Tae Kwon Do) and the Healing Arts (Tai Chi and yoga). Simple dance moves are used to energize and condition the whole body. The class is for everybody and for every body.

CARDIO DANCE
Wednesdays: 10:30am-11:30am
Easy to follow Latin and pop music choreographed for a great cardio workout. 

30 MINUTE TRANSFORMATION
Tuesdays: 6:30pm-7:00pm
Build strength and endurance while adding a core and balance component to each move. This 30 minute strength class utilizes a variety of exercise equipment: including dumbbells, TRX, resistance bands and balls to  challenge every muscle group. There are many ways to modify the moves to accommodate any age or ability all levels welcome!

FITNESS PILATES
Tuesdays: 7pm-7:30pm
Taking the strength and flexibility exercises of yoga and combining them with core strengthening, spine and posture perfecting exercises of Pilates.

M.O.V.E
Mondays: 10:30am-11:30am (starting 9/27)
Fridays: 10:30am-11:30am
M.O.V.E is a class designed for the active aging population utilizing light weights, resistance bands and chair based exercises. Class will focus on 4 essential components.... Mobility of the body and the endurance of the muscles and cardio. Obtaining strength physically and mentally (YOU CAN DO IT!) Vitality focuses on the flexibility of one’s body, making the body more limber and increasing muscle and joint range of motion. Energy focuses on the balance and stability aspect of fitness finding your center energy to obtain peak health and wellness.  please bring water and a towel and wear athletic shoes.

 CHOREOGRAPHED CARDIO & CORE
Thursdays 10:30am-11:30am
Come enjoy this high energy choreographed dance class that moves to a variety of great styles of music! Follow that with some core, balance and stretch. This class will work your heart, your mind, and your entire body while having fun!!

SPIN EXPRESS
Thursdays 5pm-5:30pm
Uniquely tailored to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness goals, the spinning program delivers a personalized workout, incredible calorie burn and personal challenge—all at a self-directed pace.

CORE
Thursdays 5:30pm-6pm
Work your entire core and learn new exercises to help sculpt the body! This class is for all fitness levels.

BARRE 360
Thursdays 6pm-7pm
Strengthens your core along with every major muscle group in your body. Barre for both men and women barre offers so many great benefits: improves strength, balance and posture while working major muscles intensely. All levels are welcome. Modifications provided. Great for every golfer, basketball player, weight lifter, runner, and even for those participants that don't like to workout.

VITALITY AND MOVEMENT
Wednesdays 10:30 - 11:30am
(starting September 29th)
Strengthens your core along with every major muscle group in your body. Barre for both men and women barre offers so many great benefits: improves strength, balance and posture while working major muscles intensely. All levels are welcome. Modifications provided. Great for every golfer, basketball player, weight lifter, runner, and even for those participants that don't like to workout.



HIIT CIRCUIT
Mondays & Wednesdays 4:30pm-5:30pm
A form of total body conditioning or resistance training using high intensity aerobics. Focusing and building muscle strength and endurance. An exercise (circuit) is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program.
